Keith and his team have just completed a loft conversion for me, replacing an existing one that was in a dangerous condition. Keith not only had the technical nous to resolve the underlying issues to meet building regs, he also helped us make better use of the space to create an amazing new upstairs for us. His team are friendly, clean and tidy, and work to a very high quality. Keith kept us informed all the way and was helpful in supporting us overcome any issues. We are over the moon with our loft and thank you Prestige for making it happen!

We are really pleased with our new full sized dormer and the new rooms Keith and his team added. From the start, Keith laid out a clear plan, and his team supported and advised us throughout the process. From drawing up plans for the initial loft conversion to coordinating with Telebeam on the construction. The result is amazing! You can really see the attention to detail in the small things, like the spindles on the new staircase matching the existing ones, and the new fire proof doors looking exactly the same, so the house’s original design is unchanged. The entire team is professional and highly skilled, genuinely cares about the end result, and is really accommodating to those new to construction; providing great support to help us personalise the final build.

We had our loft converted in May/June 2024 and deliberately held off writing a review straight away -now feels like the right time. Keith and his team were outstanding from beginning to end. They arrived promptly everyday, worked incredibly hard. kept us well informed throughout, and always left everything clean and tidy – there wmere times we barely noticed they’d been there. Keith was also fantastic when it came to any small changes or last minute requests, always willing to accommodate us. We really appreciated being able to pay in stages as the work progressed, and there was no unexpected costs at the end – we paid exactly what was originally quoted. We can’t recommend Prestige Loft Conversions enough. Right from the beginning Keith has been honest, upfront and very knowledgeable. Gary and all the team were exceptional at integrating into our busy daily lives, keeping us informed all the time, happy to explain each process to complete novices, happy to listen to many, many ideas and requests and all the time maintaining complete professionalism and warmth. Our end product is STUNNING. We are notoriously fussy but Gary’s attention to detail is faultless. Keith and Gary were always on hand to query anything or to ask advice. We were blown away how quickly the loft, dormer and ensuite went up. Six and half weeks from start to finish. The team are absolute grafters! Plus they fitted all new internal doors through the house. Trust in a builder is a massive issue these days and our initial instincts with Keith paid dividends

The whole team at Prestige Loft Conversions were polite, professional and a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Prestige were recommended to us by a friend, and we can clearly see why. Nothing was too big or small to resolve and we’d fully recommend them going forward. Initially, we had a few quotes for the work, with others expressing some challenges around the staircase location, or having to sacrifice a bedroom to convert the loft, but Keith and the team provided a solution that we were very happy with Keith and the team were also great from their initial quote, during the work, and after the loft conversion, communicating throughout with plans, progress updates and any questions that they needed answering. They were also accommodating to any of our requests and our expectations were exceeded. Everyone was professional, polite and friendly, mess was kept to a minimum and the workspace was also cleared down at the end of every day.  The team also made an effort to engage with our young children who enjoyed seeing them over the project. The quality of the work was superb, we love our new loft space and we would strongly recommend Keith and all the team.

After being told by 2 other loft conversion specialists that due to the ridge height being too low, they weren’t prepared to carry out the job. My last hope was Prestige, Keith came round and from the start he was honest and yes it’s a tight squeeze but if your prepared for a bit of distruption early on, we can give you a legitimate 4th bedroom with en suite, i thought really how much would that be…. i was stunned £20,000 less than i was quoted by someone else. So we went ahead and it was the best decision myself and my husband made. All the gang at Prestige worked hard, gave us what we wanted and more, listened to our ideas and gave us fantastic advice when we were discussing furniture needs. We knew what was happening each day so we were prepared for any additional upheavel (you can’t make an omelette without breaking eggs). So to keith and everyone at Prestige thank you for the brilliant, outstanding and AMAZING job you did for our family home.

Keith and his team have made every effort to go out of their way for us with our loft conversion. We had been recommended them from friends of ours and we have been so pleased with that choice. There was a reassuring period to wait as they were so good they were booked up for a bit. Time ticked byand then boom.  Suddenly the scaffolding was up and soon it was all guns blazing. Through the hottest weather we have had they just cracked on with such speed but also precision and skill. Always polite, fun and kept everything tidy at the end of each day. The team have done a great job with our loft. This was the first time we’ve had any building work done, and Keith was brilliant at reassuring us that the job would be done on time and to budget, which it was (ahead of schedule actually)!
Our young kids were at home during the conversion due to lockdown, and they loved the guys, who were very good with them. They were wonderful, and so good at what they do.
